I love twitter. Isn’t it incredible how you can meet the most amazing people in the most unexpected ways?

Incredible interview. Kelly… you are so inspiring, and honest. I’m briefly acquainted with Kelly (via you Shannon, on Twitter)… and to be honest, the overt Jesus-y over tones did turn me off at first. But, after reading your views I am blown away. I have issues with organized religion, but Kelly’s point of view reminds me what I like about Christians. Bravo for having the courage to talk and live a life so openly and honestly.

Holy interview. I’m in awe.
I’ve purposely not included anything about what I believe in. I couldn’t agree more with Kelly’s point of view. I’m completely and utterly turned off by “church”. Isn’t that sad? It is to me. I’ve been SO BURNED by churches. One in particular. One incident years ago that made me never go back. Not once. I refuse. Maybe God will change my heart someday. But for now, I’m content on my own.
What an incredible interview, Shanny.
Britney, JT, MMC, Christians, porn, affairs, rape, love, healing……and my favorite part of all? PAIN FOR PURPOSE.

Mindy,
I had you in mind when doing this interview as well as one other person who ended up commenting on my Facebook link. One part of the interview that I cut out was where I told her “I’ve considered a blog post about nice Christians who actually make me want to go to church again” and you, Ms. Harris, would be on that list of nice people (and now Kelly would too).
