Shannon, I’m so excited about this!!!!!!! I know the feeling of loss coupled with relief. It’s not exactly what we expect when investing in real estate. Happy for the offer and good things ahead.

Fantastic news on the house. Couldn’t be happier for you guys. And the weight loss, you knew it would come! Congrats on both, but bigger congrats on the house.

And you have peeked my interest in why you are redesigning. Can’t wait to see it.

Oh, one more thing…I am getting closer and closer to buying a flip or video camera of some sort because I so enjoy your video posts. I think they would be fun to do.

It cracks me up when someone interrupts your video recording and you’re all “Can’t you see I’m recording a video, here!?” haha.

Good news on the weight loss, too. I know you’ve been working hard with eating right and exercising. You deserve it!
