Hello, Internet friends. Here’s some basic info if you’re wondering who the heck is behind this site.

Name: Shannon Albert (did the URL of the site not give that away though?)

Family members: Husband, Andy. Daughter, Payton (15 years old). Son, Blake (8 years old). (Kid-related posts) We also have a dog named Ali.

Occupation: I work from home as a Digital Producer for an advertising agency. It didn’t start out as a work-at-home job but when my husband got laid off and took a job in another state, I was offered the arrangement.

About me

• I’m a techie nerd girl with a raucous sense of humor. I don’t use the word raucous in real life but my personality profile says that about me so it has to be true.
• I love to travel. The planning of it is 50% of the fun.
• In 2008, I ran a half-marathon after never running a mile my whole life.



• I’ve got a crazy crush on Justin Timberlake and once had a Twitterfair with him.
• I’m obsessed with Twitter.
• In the past, I’ve had issues with depression and once was a single mom.
• Documentaries are my favorite kind of movie.
