Well……….I ran a half-marathon yesterday and ran a total of 27.2 miles this past week. That’s going to be it on the running thing for a while. I’m taking this week off from exercising which is good because my sore muscles can’t take much right now.

Weekly health update

So this past week I just did the one 5 mile run on Monday or Tuesday and then another tonight. Hated them both. Weather was great, times were fine and I felt fine but I hate it. Only a couple of more runs left for me this year. Thank goodness.

Ran 20 miles in 8 days and gained weight. Turns out Michael Phelps diet doesn’t work for Shannon Albert.
