In this week’s video I actually have some GOOD weight loss news, I show you the Valentine’s Day cards that Blake made and an update on some upcoming blog stuff.

On this week’s video chat, not only do I do my weekly weigh-in (using the very official Wii Balance Board) but also discuss the movie Avatar and some plans we’ve got coming up.
